FAQs

How will submissions be assessed?

Each submission will be randomly selected via a third party randomising tool. The Tyk team will have no control over the selection process and the winners will be selected at random.
Deadline for daily competition is 7am GMT the following day.

How do I receive the prize?

If you are successful, we will contact you directly to find out your delivery address and then the prize will be shipped to you.

Who is eligible to apply?

It’s open to anyone aged 18 years or over and not eligible to employees of Tyk Technologies Ltd.

When can I expect to hear back?

We have a series of prize dates announced within the advent calendar. We aim to inform winners if they are successful throughout December 2021 and send prizes out in January 2022.

Will Tyk share any of my details?

No, whether you are a winner or not we will only store your details for communications purposes should you be successful. Unless you have actively enrolled into our marketing subscriptions, you will not be enrolled in any marketing activity.

How will Tyk inform successful winners?

Each submission will be randomly selected via a third party randomising tool. From there we will manually inform winners via email to arrange sending the prize.

What’s the catch?

There isn’t one. To be clear, we do not enrol you into any subscriptions, free trials or ask you to create an account. This is simply a campaign of goodwill.
