- Talent team interview
A conversation about career moves, motivations and skills.
- Role-specific interview
Usually a call with the hiring manager, getting into the nitty gritty of the role and experience needed.
- Some roles may require a task/presentation at the third stage
- Culture interview
Usually a conversation with someone in Tyk that works in a completely different area! This is to ensure we run a diverse and fair interview process.
