Our interview process:

Our Talent team is committed to respond to EVERY application.

  1. Talent team interview
    A conversation about career moves, motivations and skills.
  2. Role-specific interview
    Usually a call with the hiring manager, getting into the nitty gritty of the role and experience needed.
  3. Some roles may require a task/presentation at the third stage
  4. Culture interview
    Usually a conversation with someone in Tyk that works in a completely different area! This is to ensure we run a diverse and fair interview process.
