Tyk Account Managers are client-facing members of a cross-functional team. You will manage relationships with new and existing clients, with defined tasks and requirements to deliver. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, setting expectations for their experience with Tyk Enterprise, handling ongoing account updates and inquiries from your clients, and maintaining a high rate of renewal within your portfolio. You will work with the CEO and COO to develop partnerships and key accounts across the Asia-Pac region as Tyk scales rapidly.
We’re looking for a technically-minded product manager that can take the reigns of the Tyk product line and help the product team achieve our goals and to delight our users.
You’ll help our team gather feedback about the quality of our product, design activities that we can do to improve the product and prioritise issues, tasks and features that go into our rolling release cycle.
You’ll work closely with our solutions architects, account managers and product team to ensure that we are on time, on target and laser-focussed on delivering value to our users
