Your Journey to Production with Tyk

We customise your onboarding depending on your deployment model, team size and business goals. This is the general process:


Once you’ve purchased Tyk you’ll be introduced to your Account Manager and Customer Solutions Architect who will work with you to understand your business goals and objectives, alongside your technical needs.


Your dedicated Customer Solutions Architect will work with you to understand requirements and technical implementation details, before sharing your technical onboarding plan.

Technical Onboarding

You’ll receive a custom technical implementation plan and support from your dedicated Customer Solutions Architect to get the Tyk platform implemented.


We’ll support you in your go-live and launch plan, and be on standby for you – then we’ll celebrate together!

When you’re ready to plan for the future, our Customer Solutions Architects are extensions of your teams.


Ongoing Customer Success

Once you’re in production we’ll work with you continuously to maximise the value you receive from the Tyk platform.


We’ll have regular feature showcases and roadmap sessions to demonstrate where you could be getting additional value from the Tyk Platform.


We’ll support you with your API Management strategy, onboarding APIs and maximising your use case.


You’ll have access to self-service guides and customised training from your dedicated Customer Solutions Architect.

The service you receive doesn’t stop there, you’ll have access to dedicated technical support engineers.
