Helpdesk support is best efforts, typically we will respond in under 4 hours(within UK business hours). Though usually we get to you much sooner.
Can I use Premium Support for Tyk Cloud?
Yes, Premium Support is included for Tyk Cloud Pro customers.
I have a FREE community edition of Tyk Cloud/On-Premises. Can I get premium support?
Upgrades to Pro for Tyk Cloud start from £100 per month, with On-Premises prices start at £150 per month.
