Description

Users receive the aforementioned error message when they visit the Developer Portal.

Cause

The catalogue hasn’t been initialised yet.

Solution

Information on how to publish to a developer portal using API catalogues can be found here. It may also be work checking that the key that the policy generates hasn’t expired.
